Leftovers

Dinner doesn’t always (ever?) have to be fancy or elaborate. Tonight, we put together leftover Jicama Slaw with some refrigerator staple roast chicken (pan seared to wake things up a bit!) served with some of the Chimichuri wannabe sauce.

You can be busy and still eat well!
